Shipping policy

Delivery Policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Times: Approximately 3-5 business days. If longer, you will be notified. 

Shipping Rates: Flat rate of R69 within South Africa. Free delivery for orders over R500. 

Couriers: We delivery via Courier Guy, to your door or office. 

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email from Courier Guy with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

International Shipping: We currently deliver within South Africa only. Contact us if you're looking to ship outside of the country. 

Missing or Damaged Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days or arrives damaged, please email anna@trekpatch.com with your order number and we’ll assist you immediately.
