Why embroidered patches? Because they’re durable and timeless.

What size are the patches? Most trekpatches are around 6-7cm.

Are they iron-on? No, you'll need a needle and thread to attach them on.

Do you do custom patches? Yep! Drop an email to anna@trekpatch.com if you’ve got an idea. 

Do I need to hike the trail to buy the patch? Whether you’ve conquered it, plan to, or just dream about it, collect away.

Will there be more trail patches? Yes! New patches will drop regularly. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to see what’s coming next.

Can I gift trekpatches? Definitely! You can enter the details of the person you want to send them to and I'll ensure they are delivered to their door!

 

Delivery & Shipping

How long will my order take? Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. 

How much is delivery? Currently the flat rate is R78 anywhere in South Africa, or free delivery for orders over R600.

Which courier do you use? Courier Guy, straight to your door or office.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email from Courier Guy with a real-time tracking link.

Do you ship internationally? We can, but it's pretty expensive. Get in touch directly if that's something you want to explore. 

What if my order is missing or damaged? If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days or shows up damaged, email anna@trekpatch.com with your order number and I’ll sort it out ASAP.

 

Returns, Refunds & Damages

Can I return or exchange a patch? If something’s not quite right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. 

What if my order is incorrect? Please email anna@trekpatch.com to get it corrected asap.
