Why embroidered patches? Because they’re durable and timeless.
What size are the patches? Most trekpatches are around 6cm x 6cm.
Are they iron-on? No, you'll need a needle and thread to attach them on.
So I should sew them on instead? Absolutely. Sewing gives extra durability, especially for gear that gets a lot of wear and tear.
Do you do custom patches? Not at the moment, but we’re open to creative collabs. Drop an email to anna@trekpatch.com if you’ve got an idea.
Do I need to hike the trail to buy the patch? Whether you’ve conquered it, plan to, or just dream about it, collect away.
Will there be more trail patches? Yes! New patches will drop regularly. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to see what’s coming next.
Can I gift trekpatches? Definitely!
Delivery & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (we’ll let you know if it’s delayed).
How much is delivery?
We charge a flat rate of R69 anywhere in South Africa, or free delivery for orders over R500.
Which courier do you use?
We deliver via Courier Guy, straight to your door or office.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email from Courier Guy with a real-time tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now, we deliver within South Africa only. But if you’re outside the country, send us a message — we might be able to make a plan.
What if my order is missing or damaged?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days or shows up damaged, email anna@trekpatch.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
Can I return or exchange a patch?
If something’s not quite right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Patches must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We’ll evaluate it and make things right — just email anna@trekpatch.com to get started.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund’s been approved. If it is, you’ll automatically get refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What if it’s been a while and I haven’t received my refund?
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please email anna@trekpatch.com so we can follow up.
